Do I need to install anything?

Nope. You sign up, we give you a phone number, and your building updates your entry in the intercom directory. No hardware, no apps, no technician visits.

Will my building allow this?

You're just asking them to update your phone number in the directory — something they'd do anyway if you changed numbers. Most buildings are happy to make the update.

Do I need an app?

No app required. You get a regular phone call and press to unlock. There's a web dashboard if you want to manage codes and settings, but it's optional.

Can I really forward calls anywhere?

Yes. Mobile, landline, international — doesn't matter. If someone buzzes your unit, it rings wherever you tell it to. No extra charges.

How do guest codes work?

You create a code in the dashboard and share it with your guest. They punch it into the intercom keypad, the door unlocks, and you get a notification. Guest codes expire on the date you set.

Is this secure?
